Delete your The Kosher account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app — you don’t need to ask us.

On the web: go to your profile and use Delete your account at the bottom of the page.
On iOS or Android: open the Profile tab and tap Delete account.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you can’t sign in to reach the control, email hello@thekosher.app from the address on your account and we will do it for you.

What we delete

We will delete account data tied to your user ID, including your profile settings, saved preferences, saved restaurants, submissions, corrections, reviews, and mobile push notification tokens.

What may remain

Some anonymized analytics, security logs, or records we are legally required to keep may remain only where they no longer identify you or where retention is required by law.

Timing

We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably practical after verifying the request. If we need more information to verify your account, we will reply to your email.
